Fasting today, and only fruits and veggies tomorrow. Going for a short run today, then a really long run tomorrow because I’m eating. Then Friday and probably saterday are going to be Up days, then fasting Sunday, then Monday Is going to be an up day because its my sisters birthday .Going to run long runs on Up days. Then Tuesday I’m leaving to GA for a week :/
